Ergo Sum signs award winning artist, Byron Rhodes for licensing opportunities.

Irvine, CA. – May 10, 2005 – Ergo Sum is pleased to announce they have signed a licensing
contract with award winning artist, Byron Rhodes for their second quarter offerings.
Byron Rhodes is a professionally trained artist specializing in acrylic, watercolor, and colored
pencil. He often melds different mediums together as an intricate fusion of bold contrasts and
textures in his youthful novelty creations.
Mr. Rhodes received a scholarship and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art from Point Loma
Nazarene University. His art has been featured in select galleries, publications, and juried shows.
Julie Creed, Vice President of Ergo Sum stated, "We are incredibly excited about Byron's imagery.
He has a unique style of encompassing different mediums and his true strength lies in the ability
to capture subtle nuances. His colorfully detailed faces are captivating and have an upscale

The debut offering of Byron Rhodes Jazz series is already receiving rave reviews and features a collection of
4 additional series with a fun upbeat entertaining feel.
"Faces have always been a favorite subject of mine. The face presents a great challenge. There are so
many different faces and they can all make a variety of expressions. This makes depicting faces
challenging and always interesting. The face has been the subject I chose to help me in developing my
artistic ability and style." said artist, Brandon Rhodes. "I have always been inspired by all kinds of
stories that translate to my art."
